Meet Alexandra, who is better known as Chef Zandge. With her extensive experience and passion for fire and food, Alexandra has created a unique and innovative approach to catering that incorporates live fire into traditionally cooked meals.
Meet Aaron, who has developed his skills over years of experience in the restaurant industry. He can't get enough of the smoky, grilled flavor that it provides.

Alex is hands down one of the best cooks I know! I have never had a bad meal made by her and honestly I crave her food, but not only is her food amazing her service, and passion for what she does is top notch. Zandge is phenomenal! I have had the pleasure of Alexandra running several dinner
parties for me. She was totally amazing with each one! Her talent for creating unique and scrumptious dishes is beyond impressive!!! I’ve had affairs with fifteen or more guests, and all my guests were amazed with her talent and thoroughly enjoyed her food. Her charcuterie platters were a favorite each time. Not only were they creatively arranged, but the variety of meats, cheeses, nuts, and other antipasto items impressed us all. Her garlic clams with chorizo are to die for!!! I can go on and on but trust me; I am a fan!!!!
Everything, from her appetizers to her salads to her entrees to her sides, are prepared with fresh ingredients and are seasoned perfectly! They also are presented in an appealing manner. It is beyond apparent that Alexandra has a love for food and a God given talent; one that she thoroughly enjoys
sharing with people. I highly recommend Zandge to anyone who wants to have the finest tasting food prepared for an intimate dinner party or a larger affair. Believe me when I say you will not be sorry if you use the services of this beautiful young lady for your next event.
